About Me

My name is Haley Friend Wilson, and I’m a Certified Embodiment Coach and Somatic Guide.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped people reconnect with their bodies, unwind old patterns, and build deeper confidence in how they show up in moments of vulnerability, intimacy, and connection.

My approach blends somatic awareness, nervous system education, and embodiment practices to support you in becoming more grounded, alive, and emotionally attuned. I help clients uncover the mind-body roots of their patterns so they can cultivate presence, authenticity, and self-trust — in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.

I have facilitated classes and workshops for the last 15 years in-person, online and internationally. I draw from 20 years of embodied and somatic studies, Certified in the Deep Body Model, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, and Certified Holistic Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

My Method

I use a clear, practical, and body-based approach to help people reconnect with themselves, stay grounded under pressure, and build real confidence from the inside out. My work supports all genders — individuals and couples — who want to show up with more presence, emotional strength, and self-awareness.
