Emotional Intelligence
The ability to recognize, feel, and respond to your emotions with awareness — rather than reacting from old patterns. It includes knowing what you feel, why you feel it, and how to process your emotions in a way that is healing and empowering.
Sexual Intelligence
The capacity to connect with your authentic desires and express your sexuality with presence and integrity. It is expanding your ability to give and receive pleasure in a way that is aligned with your body and values — not performance, pressure, or shame.
Relational Intelligence
